A scientifically designed method of health and life coaching through zoom/phone/text support with Nurse and Certified Health Coach, Sarah Montague RN. This 90-day program take place over 12 weekly sessions where we meet for 45 min - 1 hour. In these sessions, I provide a curated meal and activity program designed to work with your personal lifestyle and eating preferences in order to optimize your health, weight and energy! No diets, no gimmicks, no unrealistic expectations. Simple Holistic Nutrition presented in bite-size lessons to achieve lasting lifestyle change. Smaller coaching packages also available.
This method of weight loss and energy 'reset' is not a diet. Diets are eating plans you go on, and off when you've achieved your desired goal weight or health metric. My Weight Loss Without Diets Transformation is designed as an integrative habit change method where I systematically take you through a process that shifts your awareness around your attitudes, triggers, and habitual behaviors around food and eating. At the 90-day mark, you've changed your habits at the level of IDENTITY, not just behavior.

I will recommend a holistic approach to food choices and suggest methods of eating (including stress reduction techniques) to achieve your weight loss, energy and health goals. I have a BS in Exercise Physiology and a BSN in Nursing. I have over 20 years of dance/fitness instruction and management. I have been an RN for over 13 years and I‘m a certified Health and Life Coach through The Health Coach Institute. I counsel clients in all age groups but bring my keen interest to dismantling the diet mentality to achieve lasting health gains.
